These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into, on the one hand, between:

here in after referred to as “MY FRENCH TOUR”, operating the website www.myfrenchtour.com, and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person making a reservation for a service offered by MY FRENCH TOUR, here in after referred to as “the Client.”

My French Tour holds all legal authorizations required to carry out the activities of a travel agent and paid passenger transport operator.
My French Tour also benefits from all mandatory legal insurance required to operate as a travel agent and passenger transport provider.

- Purpose and scope of application :
These General Terms and Conditions define the booking and execution terms of the tourism services offered by MY FRENCH TOUR, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
Any reservation implies the full and unconditional acceptance by the Client of these General Terms and Conditions, without exception or reservation.
MY FRENCH TOUR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the reservation.
- Services offered
MY FRENCH TOUR is an incoming travel agency specializing in the organization of wine tourism experiences in Burgundy, including in particular:
- guided tours,
- small group excursions,
- private tours,
- all-inclusive stays,
- tailor-made services for individuals and professionals,
- passenger transport strictly within the framework of the services sold.
The services are described on the website www.myfrenchtour.com and/or in the quotations sent to the Client. Programs may be adapted according to the availability of local partners and logistical constraints, without altering their spirit or quality.
Alcohol consumption is strictly limited to persons over 18 years of age.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health — please consume responsibly.
- Booking
Reservations may be made:
- online via the website,
- by email,
- by phone.
A reservation becomes final and binding:
- after full payment for online bookings,
- after signing the quotation and payment of a 30% deposit for tailor-made services.
In the absence of payment or deposit within the specified deadlines, MY FRENCH TOUR reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Depending on the nature of the service, VAT may be applied in accordance with the specific travel agency VAT scheme (VAT on margin).
MY FRENCH TOUR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of booking.
- Payment terms
The following payment methods are accepted:
- credit card (via a secure payment platform),
- bank transfer,
- cheque,
- cash (within legal limits).
Any reservation implies the obligation to pay all amounts due in full.
7. Cancellation and modification conditions
7.1 Cancellation by the Client
If the Client is unable to attend the booked service, they must inform MY FRENCH TOUR as soon as possible.
Private tours and all-inclusive stays:
- free cancellation up to 60 days before the service date,
- between 60 days and 30 days before the date of departure: the 30% deposit is retained,
- less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total amount is due.
No refund will be issued in the event of no-show at departure.
Any request related to an exceptional event beyond the Client’s control may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Should the client cause a delayed departure, My French Tour reserves the right to adapt the itinerary or to bring the experience to an early end. My French Tour also reserves the right to modify or cancel the experience if the lead guide determines that participants are not in a fit state to take part safely — including in the event of alcohol consumption.
7.2 Cancellation or modification by MY FRENCH TOUR
MY FRENCH TOUR reserves the right to cancel or modify a service in the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
In such cases, the Client will be offered:
- a rescheduled date,
- an equivalent service,
- or a full refund of the amounts paid.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tourism services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
- Liability
MY FRENCH TOUR is bound by an obligation of means.
Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of:
- force majeure,
- events beyond its control (weather conditions, traffic, administrative decisions),
- loss, theft, or damage to the Client’s personal belongings.
Passenger transport is carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and is covered by professional civil liability insurance.
- Personal date
MY FRENCH TOUR collects and processes personal data necessary for managing reservations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Client has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data, which may be exercised by email at: contact@myfrenchtour.com.
11. Intellectual property
All elements present on the website www.myfrenchtour.com (texts, images, photographs, logos, content) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must first be addressed to MY FRENCH TOUR by email or by post.
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client may have free recourse to the:

- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Dijon.
